Restaurant Owners Payment Terms and Conditions
The submission of information to the online listing service ("Service") available through this WebSite is subject to the following terms and conditions. By submitting information to the Service, you, the end user ("Customer") agree to the following and acknowledge that these Terms are a legal agreement between you and Kids Meal Deals, LLC.
Customers that have purchased the Service from Kids Meal Deals, LLC. hereby authorize and agree to allow Kids Meal Deals, LLC, to charge your credit card on a monthly basis (recurring) until Customer cancels listing. Customer will be billed on the date the listing is created ("Billing Cycle Date") and every thirty (30) days thereafter for monthly accounts. In the event that a Customer would like to cancel their listing, Kids Meal Deals, LLC. will cancel and delete listing within 48 hours of recieving a phone call, voice message or email so long as the phone call, voice message or email is received four (4) days prior to the expiration of each Billing Cycle Date. If cancellation is not received in accordance with these Terms, the listing will renew automatically on the eatablished Billing Cycle Date.
Customer established credit card statement will show "Kids Meal Deals, LLC." as the billing company for these transactions. If you have any questions please contact us. Customer authorizes Kids Meal Deals, LLC., to charge your credit card account for the specified amount BY CHECKING THE BOX (I ACCECT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF KIDSMEALDEALS.COM) on the submission page and you agree NOT to issue a chargeback for these transactions.
Refusal of Service
Kids Meal Deals, LLC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any user or advertiser for any reason without notice.
